1971	The joint venture company between the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta and Toka Shikiso Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., started its operation under the name of PT. TJEMANI TOKA with 38 employees and a capital of US$ 400,000,00 in a 2.5 hectares of plot of land at Jl. Raya Pasar Minggu KM. 16, South Jakarta.
1971	Increased its capital US$ 590,000.
1978	Published the first edition of the Handbook on Printing Ink & Its Problems (first edition).
1982	Published the Cemani Toka Color Guide.
1983	Increased its production capacity from 2,540 tons to 4,000 tons per annum.
1985	Further expanded its capital base to US$ 1,770,000. Published the TC and BEST SG Color Guide, printed on Indonesian-made paper (Art paper and HVS).
1986	Published the Color Guide Best One Process and TC Colors.
1989	Increased its production capacity to 6,000 tons per annum.
1990	Published the new TC Color Guide, containing 602 colors: Best One Process and TC Standard Colors.
1991	The Japanese partner, Toka Shikiso Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd., changed its name to T & K Toka Co. Ltd.
1994	Further increased the production capacity to 7,000 tons per annum.
1996	Published the TC Color Guide for Gravure Ink.
1997	Relocated the production facilities to a new factory at Citeureup, Bogor - West Java, occupying in area of 8,5 hectares, with 270 employees and a production capacity of 10,000 tons per annum.
1998	Increased its working capital to US$ 10,400,000.
2000	Published the TC Color File on coated paper containing 1,317 colors, featuring a CD ROM for Desktop Publishing (DTP) application. Consisting the TC Color Finder and TC Mixing Formula Guide containing Best One Process and TC Standard Colors.
2001	PT. Cemani Toka enters its 30th year of operations, and is in the process of applying for ISO 9001 Quality Management.
2003	Achieved Green Partnership launched by SONY CORPORATION on 3 November 2003.
2004	Achieved ISO 9001-2000 for Quality Management System on 18 July 2004.
